As such, indoor solar lights are getting popular nowadays. Not only is it practical and inexpensive, it can be a decorative ornament as well.

Sunlight is very bright. Looking directly at the sun with the naked eye for brief periods may not be particularly hazardous for normal, non-dilated eyes but it can be painful. Looking directly at the sun causes phosphene visual artifacts and temporary partial blindness. Ultraviolet light from the sun causes sunburn and other medical effects but it also has antiseptic properties that can be used to sanitize tools and water.
