What could be better than using renewable energy in our home? Home wind turbine is a device that is usually installed on top of a high post. This collects energy from the wind and converts it to be used as electric system in the house. This helps with household savings by lowering electricity bill by 50% to 90%. Aside from being cost effective, wind turbines were known to decrease carbon footprints thus help reduce global warming.

The main parts of a home wind turbine are: ~Rotor blades – serves as barriers to the wind~Shaft – this is where the rotational and mechanical energy of the rotor is transferred. This is attached to the center of the rotor blades~Generator – produces electrical voltage through electromagnetic induction. This is then responsible for distributing electric current
