My family is not Chinese nor are we of Chinese descent. My father, an architect strangely believes in Feng Shui. Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese belief in aesthetics. It has something to do with the balance and harmony of nature to help you live a more prosperous life. He believes in good and bad fung shui. One of the things he always tells us is that if the building or establishment is in a bad fung shui area, all you have to do is place outdoor water fountains in front of it. Obviously he didn’t study feng shui that well, he needs to be better informed.

Outdoor water fountains are a sight to behold nonetheless. These fountains when done beautifully are like works of art. Some are sculpted so beautifully that people would sit or stare at them. They bring a sense of tranquility and peace to the area. Any home or building would benefit from the relaxing effects of outdoor water fountains whether they believe in feng shui or not.
