I recently celebrated my 40th birthday and my husband and kids threw me an extravagant birthday party. I have my old colleagues, high school and college friends invited. All those who have been part of my life were present in this momentous occasion, and I cannot be any happier for this surprise. I had no idea that they had this all planned out without even getting any clue at all about their plans.
I spent half of the day the following morning just to open all the presents I have received from the party. One of the memorable ones though was those decorative garden plaques my kids had picked out. They knew I wanted to improve the look of my backyard and was planning to do a revamp, and this was the perfect addition to my garden. I really am a lucky gal for having family and friends who shower me with love.
